What This Service Entails
From Our Rows to Your Table in Hours
Forty of our sixty acres grow vegetables, brassicas, legumes, and small grains in long rotations with clover and rye. Compost from our own dairy barn feeds every bed, and beneficial insects — not sprays — handle the pests.
Harvest runs May through November. Restaurants order the night before and receive field-cut produce by 8 a.m.; families choose weekly harvest boxes or shop the farm stand and online store.

Seed to Supper in Four Steps
Plan the rotation
Each bed’s year is mapped in winter — what grew, what rests, what feeds next.
Plant & tend
Transplants from our greenhouse go out on time; cultivation is mechanical and manual.
Pick at peak
Crews harvest at dawn into shade and cold water within the hour for maximum crispness.
Pack & deliver
Orders are packed to name, loaded cold, and delivered the same morning across the valley.

Good to Know
When does the harvest box season run?
Early June through late October, with storage-crop extensions into December. You can pause any week.
Do you deliver to my town?
We deliver across the valley every Wednesday and Saturday, and ship shelf-stable goods anywhere. Call (802) 555-0148 to check your route.
Is everything really organic?
Yes — every acre is certified organic and inspected annually. Our records are open to customers on farm visits.
